Kennedy won’t be POTUS so he’ll be too old to try again. Throw in his voice issue and the mystique will be gone. Reinvigorate the family name? How about a SCOTUS appointment should Kagan or Sotomeyer quit? It would scare the crap out of them and Kennedy might not play. Still he needs attention.
As atty. general he’d spend too much time on the environment. Trump would have to fire him over Keystone.
