Anyway I’ve got Windows 11 on a Dell computer. I use it for basic stuff including replaying audio/video, but that’s about it.

Works OK for me but higher speed sounds nice.

Relatively very few PC users care about, know and experience the level of customization and enhancements that greatly improve Windows and that are quite easy to implement. Not only the free Classic Shell and Explorer Patcher mentioned above, and choosing from 200 tweaks enabled by the free and reputable Ultimate Windows Tweaker 5, and the many Winaero features of the Winaero Tweaker - none of which free, no strings programs infect or bloat the OS, while the free MS certified AutoRuns will enable you to see and deselect (run as administrator from the right click menu on the program);

but also remapping keys (like CapsLock to copy, and Esc to paste, and Numlock to Esc) via a AutoHotKey script. See post here.
