Not really. The Russians go back and forth on a regular basis. In fact, for several years, they were the only way to get our crews back and forth.

They don't seem to have a problem. In other words, that developing country ruled by a tyrant/dictator does it -- but not us.

Somebody drop an email to Putin and see if they can help out again. I'm sure that will go well.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
The Soyuz is designed for a maximum of THREE crew. Unless ONE cosmonaut was launched, there’s not enough room for our astronauts to come back aboard it.The Soyuz isn’t designed to be flown by a single person.

So, if there’s gonna be a rescue, it’s gonna have to be SpaceX and Elon.
