That is the top enlisted man in the unit. The guy who actually gives the orders and sees that they are followed. He is the very backbone of a military unit, a guy officers and enlisted men rely on to see that a plan gets executed.
Yeah. I know what CSM’s are. Army guy here. Tampon Tim, was temporarily assigned as the Sergeant Major. Went to school, dropped out (unheard of) when his unit was going to be deployed. He was never an E-9. His retirement paperwork says he was a Master Sergeant. Tampon Tim is a lying, sniveling POS.
