Self-medicating yourself with anything, and adding supplements you have no idea you actually need, are useless, and can do more harm than good, especially if you don’t have fasting bloodwork done at least every six months to make sure you’re not over-medicating, or over-supplementing your system. Too much of a substance is as bad as not enough. Too much potassium versus too little can both cause cardiac arrest.

None of them should be taken 7 days a week. Your body needs time process them. It's hard to do but you can overdose on Vitamin D3 as an example.
Somethings like Quercetin & zinc should be taken if you have an issue. Your body shouldn't always run an immune response. It needs a brake. Quercetin activates NF-kB pathway and raises Alkaline phosphatase which neutralizes acidic phosphatase which are mostly peptides from parasites and long lasting diseases. Medical industry calls Mitophagy.
