I have seen a rummage sale, I see a group of very frail people move tons of stuff for no apparent reason and zero net gain. If before the internet and TV, you could not grab 1000 people to move a big rock, plant a big rock, then have a orgy in the hopes of bringing more daylight back, your not a good witchdoctor or tribe leader.
Since our Evolution Step is most likely v2.0 or v3.0, it is quite possible that ESv1.0 (seeded by and helped by the aliens) were responsible.

First and foremost, there is no evidence from any other British Neolithic site of megaliths being moved such vast distances. In fact, the builders of other monuments consistently used whatever large stones were locally available.

If humans hauled enough large stones great distances to create Stonehenge then it’s completely reasonable to believe that humans could have hauled one more unrelated stone.
