Sounds like a poorly-trained pit bull - you never know what will set him off with serious consequences. Someone that unstable does not belong at a public school or in public for that matter.

I hate his "trigger" talk. Talk about about a subtle way of blaming the victim. It wasn't the thug's fault, he was triggered.
