Read their literature. Jane Austin + the one who wrote Howards End/Passage to India. Too much of their stuff is about race class and just plain differences in people and their unjust behavior. Andrew /young was right. They invented racism.

"Racism" has been around far longer than the English empire... The Aztecs killed everybody after they overthrow the older guys in charge. The Mongols tore through Eurasia killing everyone who wasn't them. Everyone in history on the planet has always preferred to live and work with people who look and act like themselves. It's only very modern times, and in a few countries, that multicultural societies have sprung up and and somewhat flourished, despite the diversity.
