I’ve always thought this needs to be defined a little more exactly as to what actually constitutes a natural born citizen & their parentage as to how that relates. I think many are confused on this issue. Curious as to how the law would actually be defined as to Kamala Harris’ parentage. Barack Obama is still under suspicion also I think. There might be others; I don’t know, but it would be hard to undo what has been done already.
There is no confusion when a statement is made that if the parents are here on passports or visas and drop an anchor baby, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the country that issued their traveling documents of citizenship (passport).
