Agreed (although it helps when the crowd supports you). My point is that both of these excellent kickers play in open stadiums in four season cities with real winters (not as real as Buffalo or Green Bay, but real enough). They aren't playing indoors or in a stadium with other attributes that assists the kicker (e.g. Mile High in Denver).
