I don’t understand ... we were told the officer that climbed to the roof & saw Crooks and then dropped to the ground had broken his ankle or something rendering him immobilized and he had to be sent to the hospital. But there he is running around after, not telling anybody or doing the most obvious thing - getting back up there ASAP and taking the guy out! After all he’d just seen him there!

I think the officer who dropped sprained his ankle. He was also pretty spooked after getting a gun pointed at him, in my opinion. He struggled to assemble his weapon and stayed in sheltered positions. May be a rookie; maybe the pain was affecting him; or maybe he was puckered.
It is shameful that we don’t know after a month.
