Have AG’s filed lawsuits against Act Blue yet? Will they have “Standing”? The charade needs to be exposed as corrupt!
Not yet, they are just beginning the process, 3 states currently plus congressional commettee has recently asked FEC to crack down on donor rules.

Yesterday called and sent email to my state AG. Found some very suspicious ActBlue donations and sent it to him. When I called and explained what I had found they appeared very interested in it, said they had someone in the office that specifically looks into that area of concern. The suspicious donations were from two (retired/not employed) individuals that live withing 10 miles of the AG office, easier to verify those. Also sent them links to James O'Keefe videos where he interviews shocked seniors that were unaware of donations.
State AG office is only 10 minutes from my home, plan to visit in person in a few days.
Sad that after all these years they are only now starting to look into it. Better late than never I suppose.
