Obviously... I posted that to SERKIT the other day. No other fed judicial district is bound by Judge Cannon's court decision. Besides, Smith has appealed Judge Cannon's decision that he was not qualified to be a Special Prosecutor.
As I have posted a few times, Judge Cannon likely suspected that if she dismissed the case earlier this year, Smith would try to reopen the case in D.C. where he has maintained a grand jury since day 1, a judicial district that would assure him a conviction of Donald Trump in any charge he would choose to bring. It worked in NYC in that case under Judge Merchan.
The 'Rat Party has now descended into rotten dirty politics to assure their effort to overthrow our Constitutional Republic... so far they are succeeding. The 'Rat Party is firing on Fort Sumter again and may have to be outlawed to insure the safety of the Republic.
