That, along with the couple of massive recent breaches in the US, has GOT to be some type of setup for a total, unpleasant, internet change.
It’s not hard to keep this shit from being “hacked”, between clamping down on having idiots running stuff, and having the people who steal it being incarcerated, shot or blown up it would go to near ZERO.
The mountains of ads about having your stuff protected, not have your home title stolen, etc would end overnight if the people who did this stuff were just tried and summarily executed or incarcerated for life or exiled to a windswept hell hole. That it’s NOT done means some PTB is benefitting from it.
And isn’t it amazing that it’s, for some reason, horrible that a group, state, etc... wants to use the death penalty for deterrence or scum elimination, but the same people who will fight tooth and nail to keep a worthless “smoking gun” guilty horrible criminal from being shipped off to hell has 0 problem killing the general innocent citizenry in job lots with poisons and schemes and biowarfare???
