TODAY’S NEWS, August 13, 2024
The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow

N POLITICAL NEWS

1) Elon Musk and President Trump, in his return to Twitter, “broke the internet” with 72 million direct views, over 1 billion combined and reposted views, and major hacking issues as the leftoids desperately tried to stop the most successful political interview in history. As “Flopping Aces” notes, “When a billion people tune in, [the] media hits the panic button.”

2) The pontificating warmonger Linda Grahamnesty has urged retired pilots to go fight for the Ukes. Why doesn’t he? I hear they are taking anyone, including elderly homosexuals.

3) Ruy Teixeira, one of the few sane remaining liberals, notes that “harm reduction” alone as a drug policy does not work.

4) DemoKKKrats are scared of RFK, Jr., and have banned him from New York’s ballot. Yeah, really sounds like Cackles has it all locked up. Bobby is appealing the decision..

5) As noted yesterday, someone hacked into President Trump’s files. Nothing so far has come out. So either a) there was absolutely nothing there, or b) they found something they think is damaging and are holding it til October.

6) So keep in mind, “Trust the Science,” as this study says classical music works better than anti-depressants. At what, completing the job through suicide? And this study says the more men ejaculate, the less cancer they have. (So why do all those porn stars die so young?) And this study says energy drinks can kill you, while this one finds that unattractive people don’t live as long. So, I guess if you are a handsome man who listens to classical music, drinks Jolt Cola, and jerks off 20 times a day, you should make it to 150 no problem.

IN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN NEWS

7) Cackles vowed to free all criminal aliens on day one. Gee, maybe some could pay her a visit an express their, er, “thanks.”

IN TRANSOID NEWS

8) A higher court in Washington state reversed a lower court decision against a Christian group that was accused of bias and discrimination by not hiring transoids or homosexuals.

IN ECONOMIC NEWS

9) Credit card interest rates hit 21.5% or Jesus Carter levels.

10) Starburqua fired its CEO.

11) The power and genius of American business: even with horrible administrations like Rutabaga and Obama, Americans still fight through it. The US now has surged back ahead of Chy-na on the Fortune 600 list. Well, it’s the Fortune 500, but I thought given inflation and all . . . .

12) Meanwhile in the great Rutabaga economy, bankruptcy levels reached the highest in 13 years.

13) Kollyfornia’s legal pot industry has so many regulations that entrepreneurs are quitting and going to federally-regulated hemp growing.

IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS

14) Ryan Burge takes a look at religion, or the lack of it, in Europe and finds that a) (obviously) most are Catholics, b) most never go to church, c) this de-Christianiazation occurred largely in the last 50 years. Croatia and Slovakia are the most religious; the Dutch are absolute heathens.

IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS

15) Paramount began its layoffs, booting 15% of its U.S. staff.

16) Disney World is closing “Rivers of America” to replace it with a “Cars” ride. Makes sense. “Rivers” was not an exciting ride, and “Cars” is a great ride.

IN CHINA VIRUS NEWS

17) A Japanese database reported a high level of myocarditis with the vaxxes.
