It, and cloud storage associated uses ridiculous amounts of power. I believe overall that it’s up to something like 30% or more of total generation.

I’m working on occasion on a transformer layout for an adjacent server/storage farm in Santa Clara, and it DOESN’T have power available to it out to 2026 at this point...

Wow! I’ve been a software engineer for 38 years but I never really thought about the power requirements. Ty!
