***Democrat Raskin Says Congress will Stop Trump From Taking Office Even if He’s Chosen by the Voters and Create “Civil War Conditions”***

I pointed this out months ago in connection with the 'pubbies quitting the House... turns out not to be necessary for Dems to take the majority before January - they (DS) got Speaker Mike Johnson firmly in their pocket.

It is not hard to figure how they might have accomplished that! THANKS, MATT GAETZ!!!

Remember all of this in January if the White House resident depends on this bit of treason!!!!!!!!

I think it would be near impossible for the Congress to inact Amendment 14, section 3 to remove Trump once elected.  Section 3 states, "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disabilty". Two-thirds of each House means that both the House and the Senate would have to get a two-thirds vote to remove.

The Supreme Court has already ruled on March 4, 2024 that section 3 of Amendment 14 could not be used to remove President Trump from the Colorado presidential primary ballot without Congressional action. Even if by some unkown chance they do get the votes they need, it would be thrown back to the Supreme Court because of Colorado. Congressional action has already failed twice to impeach and remove President Trump. NCSWIC
