I’m too lazy to watch the video. But I think the rule is that the beach up to the high tide mark is public property, and so can be visited by the public.
But of course the multi-millionaires would prefer that all peasants be kept out of sight, and far away. Hence the conflict.
Back in the day, Babs Streisand sued when someone took a pic of her compound on Malibu, but she lost the lawsuit. Spectacularly.
