I experienced a scenario close to this. In my case, I didn’t care if people utilized a parcel of land adjacent to mine. I just didn’t want them accessing the land by marching through my private property to do so. They had no legal easement. They owners ended up selling me the land. So, problem solved.

Time for the homeowners to have a nighttime visit from a boat with a ridiculously loud sound system. Maybe some Dean Martin?

Beach IS private property down to the high tide line. They can’t keep people off it below the line, but setting up camp further up the beach is trespass.

I think the comment “multimi!lion solar home” let the cat out of the bag. If I paid several million for a beach m
Home (which in some parts of Florida is an invitation for a storm surge to wash it away) I wouldn’t want the general public setting up shop on my property either especially since beach above the high tide line is more often than not private property. For example my property tax in Florida works out to $96/day and I’m 3/4 of a mile from the beach. in palm beach some Revlon executive just paid a billion dollars (rumor has it) for a beachfront mansion. Can’t imagine him welcoming a bunch of yahoos with their cases of beer and non boundary respecting kids to his private beach

OMG I used to love Phil Hendrie. I would keep driving past my house until a commercial came on.

Certainly not squatters and illegals.

I can see the point to a degree, especially any beach front that is private property. People who go to public beaches are slobs and do not clean up after themselves. I would be ticked to have to clean up my own property because someone else left trash all over it.

People crossing it, though, that should be fine.

OJ Simpson had a house on Victoria Beach in the 80’s. Use to see him and Nicole down there with his regular group of hangers on. May even be the same place the Karen is trying to kick people off??
