I've done my own looking into Seruga (obviously), via the Rippoff Report, the internet archive, his social media history own twitter, LinkedIn, his website.
If what he currently says about himself on his LinkedIn and X pages were true, for the last 30 years he would have been bigger than Bill Gates and Donald Trump combined and at the top of the Forbes and Bloomberg billionaires list all that time. Not someone with a unranked personal webpage he stopped using in 2019, and only started using social media when he started posting on X last year.
He was an entrepreneur in internet marketing and real estate. He was accused of ripping off his clients who filed complaints with the FTC. Later he sued and was sued by Trump for trademark infringement (Prospector Capital Partners, Inc. v. DTTM Operations LLC). Correction: the case started in 2014 and there has not been a decision or settlement. Seruga hasn't lost yet.

He used to have a Wikipedia page because I remember reading it, but it's not there any more.
OAN had to retract a story on Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels based on an online post made by Seruga. What's interesting is that OAN's website has scrubbed all reference to Tony Seruga. The articles I read there many months back are gone. Other websites have the story. Da heck is up with that....

I think there might be two Tony Serugas on purpose - just to make sure we remain in perpetual confusion.
You would think the intel Tony Seruga would know about the businessman/entrepeneur Tony Seruga, and would have taken the time to distinguish himself from someone who seems to have questionable business practices. I mean, he's claiming to be a relevant intel guy who provides important information.
The whole Tony Seruga affair - still seems kinda stinky.
