I used to practice coming in from a hard long bike ride with my heart rate near maximum.
My IZh-46M set up and ready to shoot, once off the bike my HR drops quickly to ~85% of max.
With each heartbeat the sight picture JUMPS!
The shot has to be timed with my pulse.
The biathlon contestants are like robots.
Bullseye shooting the sights are always moving.
