Old rock, eh?
When I was a boy I found a fossil of a scallop shell.
A curved stone with the unmistakable pattern of ridges on it - like a scallop.
I found it in the forest of the New Jersey pine barrens - which eons ago was
covered by the Atlantic Ocean.
I found a piece of petrified wood in the school yard. Of course, Mother threw it out.
