As for me, I’m fond of something Benjamin Franklin wrote: “Where liberty dwells, there is my country.” There’s trouble ahead. You can feel it. Globalists desperately want their technocratic dictatorship. History’s door is rattling, and we don’t yet know what’s on the other side. But I’ll fight like hell to find out. After all, this is still our country.
“We don’t yet know what’s on the other side...”
Some do:
From God’s Word:
2 Timothy 3:1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
3:2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers,disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;
5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; and avoid such men as these.
6 For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses,
7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 And just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, rejected as regards the faith.
9 But they will not make further progress; for their folly will be obvious to all, as also that of those two came to be.
10 But you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love,perseverance,
11 persecutions, and sufferings, such as happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium and at Lystra; what persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord delivered me!
12 And indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
13 But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and
being deceived.
14 You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them;
15 and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to
give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scriptures is inspired God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for
correction, for training in righteousness;
17 that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
Ch. 4, Final Exhortations, Instructions, Warning
This was Paul’s last letter, written during his second imprisonment in Rome, around A.D. 64 (some say A.D. 67,
describing them. We have been in the “last days” since
the Lord Jesus Christ left this earth.
Things are getting worse and worse. Believers can pray and stand up for what is right. But there is no one who can change the last days in the Bible (Revelation covers it).
Jesus came to save man from the penalty, the power, and the presence of sin.
John 11:25 Jesus said to her (Martha), “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me shall
live even if he dies (physically).
26 and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die (spiritually). Do you believe this?”
27 She said to Him, “Yes, Lord; I have believed that You are the Christ, the Son of God, even He who comes into the world.”
“In the end, there are so many of us and so few of them.”
I disagree with this. Conservatives are outnumbered and our ranks are shrinking every year. Look at Reagan’s win in 88.
There are nowhere near that many Republicans now. The GOP candidate has only carried the popular vote in one presidential election since 2000.
If Trump pulls off a win in November, it will be by a few hundred thousand votes scattered across several key states.
