There’s a huge difference between the SA folks and us. We have the 2nd Amendment and many of us are very well armed, especially rural folks.
One of the most popular self defense weapons is the AR15, or the much hated “assault rifle”. According to Google there are 44 million of these in America. Add another hundred million of Joe Sixpack’s favorite hunting rifle and there is quite a militia out there just waiting to be formed and sent into action.
Push come to shove, if this actually happens, justice old west style will prevail.
It doesn’t matter which rifle you have or how much ammo you have, without training and the will to take down a Human Animal it’s all for naught.
The Left will be surprised when so many “little” crimes will suddenly carry the death penalty delivered at 2700 - 3100fps!!!!
I think the article is essentially saying AMERICAN CITIZENS will be told to stand down or THEY will be imprisoned or killed. Big government is not on our side.

And with the savagely negative press heaped on all things “militia” we will be overrun and crushed under terrorist boots long before our last line of defense is ever organized into usefulness. Once upon a time the militia met regularly for drills, target practice and instruction.
