That doesn't change the fact that he was allowed to shoot at president Trump. There's no way this was a coincidence or incompetence. Too many things had to happen and align with each other for it to be coincidental. The security lapses just happened to line up with Croaks plan. The secret service not showing up for the meeting with local law enforcement to go over the details and set up direct lines of communication. The counter snipers supposedly not seeing the shooter until after he fired the shots. How did the people on the ground see Croaks and the snipers not see him? It was 2 and a half to 3 minutes before the shooting when the local officer climbed on the roof and saw Croaks with the gun. Wray lied to congress saying it was only seconds before he fired but the state police said it was minutes before. The enemies of the people tried everything they could to take Trump down. When they failed miserably they progressed to the next step which was assassination. I don't know why anyone would be surprised.
