I am skeptical. That video just is chaos to me. Here is a still from the Twitter post that might be meaningful:

Go to settings on the player, go to lowest speed, slo mo, and dial in at about 0:24 seconds on the video...I’m pretty sure that is where the still frames were lifted from this video.
