Central Texas here. Cooler than normal summer. Yet to hit 100F. More rain than usual. Green grass everywhere! Normally would be suffering from 100F days since mid June.
Same for East Texas. Mildest summer in twenty years. 8” of rain, 4” from Beryl.

Yes, TX is lovely this year. Last year wasn’t too bad, either. Have had rain every week and have yet to drag out the water hose. It is supposed to be down right chilly tomorrow with a high of 94.
