Vent?   No, I don't think so. Here's both the jug and the roof vent. A different look entirely, me thinks. And in this shot the blue-capped jug, with handle, looks to be rather close to Crooks's sniper perch position.

Those Nike low-cut tennis shoes to the right of the jug are on the shooter's feet.

That jug looks simlar to a roof or wall mounted lamp.

Whatever it is, it does look oddly prominent in that picture. It is outside the flat panel on the side of the building, though, not on the roof. Shows in this video.

I’m going to acquiesce to your position of it being some kind of roof fixture/vent, perhaps simply of a different vintage than the vent we see on the right.

I say that having reviewed (again) that video (see post #62, 1st link, above) out the second floor window which has circulated for a week or so. I now believe that blue-capped vent/thingie (?) is a good bit bigger than a jug and is on the very far, eastern wall of the building. I saw it on the roof in that video, days before the rally.

That looks like a street/security lamp on the outside of the building
