He's got big issues. A very deep bruise on his lower left jaw (screen right) which changes his speech pattern, creating even more slurring. He has a bruise over his left eye, directly on the socket where the eyelid folds. And he has lower tooth pain, likely also taking numbing meds, that's why he looks like he just had a root canal. Something happened.

Well if they exploited Biden’s compromised cognitive condition to run the executive branch, they surely wouldn’t want to swear in Kamala if there was any tiny chance that she would be uncontrollable. Kamala’s staff works for her still when she becomes president, right? Not Biden’s staff. His cabinet, yes, but not his staff. So if it’s the Obama cabal that’s really in charge and they don’t like or trust the VP, they’re just going to hide Biden’s medical problems.
There was also the time the pervert grabbed the breast of a Secret Service agents girlfriend. The agent launched on him and was pulled away before his fist connected.
The agent was not fired. That tells you everything.
I saw it this morning. WTF? Is it a bruise? It’s brown. What is it?
It shows that Biden's wristwatch was set to an earlier time than the broadcast time.

The makeup is heavy in this photo. I can’t say, either, just from the photo. The more I look at it, the more I can convince myself it’s there, but if I look away and come back, I can also see it as a slight shadow.

This is exactly what happened to my mother MULTIPLE times in the years leading up to her death five years ago.
My son and niece witnessed these mini strokes. My mom would start to shake and be out of it for about one minute. When she came out of these episodes she would have no memory of it.
She lived alone. Twice she fell. Once into the bathroom vanity. Another time getting out of her recliner. Each time she sustained several bruises. Plus, older people bruise very easily. The bruises also seem to last longer.
Eventually, mom had a massive stroke and was found on the garage floor by her neighbor. She died two days later in the hospital.
I suspect Biden had a stroke similar to this in Vegas. Fell down and bruised himself. He has a history of aneurysms
Had to catch him before bed time.
About his make-up: Overall, a LOT for a man.
He had a ton of orangey foundation so his face looked oddly one color.
White eyeliner in the lower eyelid water line to enlarge and brighten the eyes.
Probably some concealer on the left side starting to glom with the foundation giving it a weird texture.
Expressionless voice.
I couldn’t finish watching.
