The 2020 census for Baltimore is 585,708 people. With 203,732 total votes from this one homeless encampment, that means 35% of Baltimore is homeless?

There must be some chicanery involved in naming a voting district “Homeless Encampment.” It would be instructive to see what geographic area was included in the area, how many total votes Baltimore counted, etc. Still think it’s worthy of digging into, but nobody noticed when I set up the page and tried to draw attention to it; there were so many other (fruitless) fireworks being launched.
