Getting the vote out even in conservative states is important. The Democrats have won the popular vote in every Presidential election since 2008. It is possible that New York and California puff up the numbers just to ensure a win in the popular vote.
In 2017, I heard a lot of Hillary’s adds on California stations.
I was wondering, why is she wasting money on the state she will win easily.
But then it hit me.
She wanted to beef up the popular vote, so she can proudly declare how great she were.
