Finally, someone who knows what a brat is (e.g. “Stop being a spoiled brat”). It’s a pretty common term. Why so many around here are unfamiliar with it is beyond me.

Well, I read it as "Kamala is brat", not "Kamala is a brat". So, I .. and I guess others .. assumed that the phrase meant something else in urban lingo.

It is because the younger generation tends to use nouns as verbs. It makes one think it has a different, “new” meaning.
