THIS VIDEO shows shooter way below the peak as he is shot. It seems to dispute the other video that said he was near the peak and way over to the left of the building.

That caught my eye too but a cop-type person, coming on an obvious shot person scene, not knowing if the bleeder was dead or alive , would kick or fling any visible weapons away from the possible reach of the carcass. Even a dying bleephole could potentially pull a trigger one more time.
But I still want to know the details on the Armalite. Was it a quality piece or a put-together? If quality, it could make the shot. If a put-together, maybe that explains the wild shots.? The punk was only 9 years old when his dad bought it but ol dad could still have bought on-the-cheep?
