If you have researched this for yourself, could you please provide certain brands to consider and which to avoid? My wife eats dark chocolate because it is supposed to have good impacts for certain autoimmune issues. I personally don't care much for dark chocolate, so this is strictly for her and I will pass along any advice you provide. Others on this thread could also likely benefit from your information.
