Karmello is a misogynist, based on her treatment of female staff. This predicts that she cannot assemble a cabinet, but is incapable of building a functioning team of any kind. She is not a good follower (blowing off several assignments given to her by Brandon) but is a bad leader based on her dismal track record of the way she treats her staff (as DA, AG, Senator, or VP).
