There is nothing to prevent any Electors from these states from voting for whomever the Democrat candidate happens to be should Biden somehow ‘win’ one of these states.
As I see it, that is only New Mexico and Washington at this point.

Thing is, nobody can be —added—, so only Biden or one of the other candidates can get votes in those states.
That’s 130 + electoral votes less NM and WA.
No, only the slate of Electors attached to each candidate's name can get the votes.
The individual citizen does NOT get to vote for POTUS & VPOTUS. We vote for the slate of Electors they have chosen to represent them but only because our state legislature has chosen this method.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 2:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
This power, while broad, is not unlimited. The method of choosing must be broadly democratic and not limited to just established parties. Active duty military are excluded as they hold an Office of Trust under the United States.
