After Comrade Bernie’s lawsuit against the DNC and Hillary in the 2016 cycle when Bernie was politically sodomized by Hillary and Lil’ Debbie, the courts ruled the DNC can appoint, anoint, or throw a raffle to determine their candidate regardless of votes cast in state primaries.
