Would the Supreme Court bar someone born an American citizen, from being president or vice president?
Is anyone prepared to file the appropriate lawsuit?

Would the Supreme Court bar someone born an American citizen, from being president or vice president? Well yes. Yes they would.
Look up Rogers v Bellei.
Mario Bellei was born an American citizen, and had his citizenship revoked.
If he isn't even a citizen, he certainly can't be a president.
