They did so during the debate too...on purpose....I said then they wanted the public to see his frailness for the next steps they were going to take in their plans of putting Kamala in charge. Thus their voters would support her because they have no choice now.
Shadow Obama thus gets another four years if Kamala wins.....which is the plan.
