It’s a well worn thing in the South to acknowledge how it always seems to be women, high percentage black women one has to deal with at Social Security. Started out a well meaning perhaps but management of the worn out hags turned them into the Great Wall of Ka-Ching benefits and... extended fraud obtaining of those benefits.

I'm convinced that the Human Resources consultants steered policymakers toward this because in particular, unwed mothers with children are subsidized by their ex-husbands or fathers of their children, as well as taxpayers, and will be employees for life instead of government agencies having to compete in the marketplace for staff. I've worked with administrative staff that was 100% unwed mothers.
