The video footage of all six Apollo moon landings was produced and released in slow motion to create the visual effect of weightlessness, because it is not possible to replicate one-sixth gravity here on earth. This is the same special effect Stanley Kubrick used to make his 1969 movie 2001 Space Odyssey.
If humans reach the moon for real, the astronauts will not shuffle and jump around in slow motion. Their movements will be quicker and more responsive because there's only one-sixth of the usual gravity holding them down.
I test vehicle performance and car crashes using an AVL simulator. When I apply the moon's gravity to the simulator, the cars move and accelerate faster, not slower!
