I know what Blakey says. He was a mafia prosecutor before the committee and he went in with that bias. But he's wrong, and I've told him he was wrong. It's provable.
Before the audio evidence they had already drafted the final report. It said no conspiracy, three shots fired from behind, from the book depository, by Oswald. After the audio evidence it changed to say all that, plus, one shot from the grassy knoll that missed. That's the change.
There was no other evidence added. There was nothing prior to the audio evidence that convinced them of a conspiracy. It was the audio evidence. He's wrong and just trying to justify his results.
