I’ve been hearing about 4 Factor from several people and might give it a try. Do they allow for low/no carb recipes? They specifically do have a low/no carb menu that is excellent. I do wish that part of the menu was bigger as it gets redundant.

I’m not trying to necessarily avoid all carbs, just don’t like the rice and pasta fillers that most recipes in these kits use.
