I went to a relatively small high school (my graduating class was 104) — that being said one of my HS ‘mates’ entered the Donny Osmond look-alike contest...
I said: “Really! You entered that contest?”
Chris replied: “Yes! I’m going to enter the contest, win and go to lunch with Donny!”
Me: “You’re crazy.”
Then Chris won the contest from, I think, Teen Beat magazine...
Donny called Chris’s house, the father answered then said: “Chris, it’s for you!”
Chris: “Hello?”
Donny: “I’m Donny Osmond and Chris you won the look-alike contest!”
Chris: “Oh! I’m so happy! I love you soooooooo much!”
Donny: “You’re a girl?!!!”
Chris: “Yes! And I think...”
Donny: “(click)”
