Don’t be surprised if they pick Hussein Obama for VP. My reading of Article 22 doesn’t seem to forbid it, even though he’s already been elected twice as prez and served both terms.

I doubt Barack would jump on this runaway train... but who knows... would he convince Michelle to hop on? I doubt that also.

Obama is not eligible to be President again, so therefore is ineligible to be VP. A person who is ineligible to be President may not be named as a VP candidate.

If they tried this, I’m quite sure it would fast track to the Supreme Court, who I think would pick it up, and make a very quick decision against Barack Obama.

That is my bet, Curious George for VP. I don't see a thing in either Article 12 or 22 that prohibits it. Nor do I see a thing saying that heels up abdicating to the VP being prohibited. Others see it differently I know. The only hope against this is CG being too lazy to take the job. He always said he would like to do it if he could from his basement.

After CG, it is a crap shoot of finding someone to go down with the ship I hope.
