I hate to break this to you, but the letter after the name means jack anymore.
The only reason political parties still exist is to give voters the illusion of choice.
A pol is either loyal to our former republic or to Deep State.
And the vast majority of our pols, no matter the letter after the nane, are Deep State’s.
Note to folks in the UK: This goes for you, too.
This actually is a spiritual battle.

May as well put ‘DS’ after their name. Right after they arrive in Washington the process of turning them into representatives for the Deep State begins, regardless of the states they come from or the parties they belong to. The Swamp is an intoxicating place.
There’s an old saying “to get along, go along”. Nowhere is that more true than in DC. Representatives quickly learn the advantages of ‘going along’ if they want a long tenure and the benefits that come with it. Its up to the voters to do their jobs and hold these people accountable for results instead of buying their self-serving rhetoric.
