As our esteemed President, Joseph Robinette Biden, recently intoned, we should tone down the hateful rhetoric and be about unity. Of course, doing so would overlook his evil and infamous “red light” speech given at Independence Hall (a sacrilege), a speech followed by innumerable comparisons between Trump and both Stalin and Hitler, not to mention the “very fine people” hoax, the bleach hoax, the Russia hoax, and on and on. Biden and his noisome minions are also forever intoning the “Threat to Democracy” mantra. It’s impossible to imagine that this rhetoric did not culminate in the recent event in Butler, Pennsylvania.
So, in the spirit of our Democrat leftist brothers’ call for unity and temperance, I humbly advise that President Donald Trump sue them for every dollar that they are worth. Start with Congressman Goldman (Trump should “be eliminated”) and move on down the line. Scarborough. Waters. Reid. Maddow. There are literally dozens more, including the whole cast of The View.
Yes, I’m talking about lawfare!!! I’m afraid that our enemies understand neither forbearance nor forgiveness. That being the case, the answer is to go after them, using the exact tools that they have used to help destroy our country and countless good people in it. Don’t do it to make an example. Do it to make them hurt and, in their animal brain, teach a lesson.
The basis of the lawsuit? Easy! Reckless endangerment. The witnesses? The 100 million Americans who saw, live, the upper lobe of Donald Trump’s right ear get blown off. It seems a layup of a civil lawsuit, but even if the case is held in DC, I want their legal defense funds bled white. And maybe, just maybe, the case gets held in Butler.

It seems like there are enough sedition charges to apply to most of the guilty parties as soon as they are bankrupted in civil court.

For starters, Cheatoes grossly misused US tax dollars when setting up Trump’s failed protection detail.

I prefer GITMO and water boarding. You’ll get more from their Swiss bank accounts and the lawyers will get NOTHING. Plus, you get a chance to undo what they’ve done.
Problem with this is that there is a double standard of justice because of all the leftist judges. Dems are set free, Reps have to book thrown at them.
Being President is what Trump needs to focus on.
The civil legal system is primarily an expensive nuisance.
My sister was injured in 1968 in an auto accident. The jury awarded her $600.
The Democrats live in Democratic jurisdictions.
It would be a waste of time for a Republic President to try to sue them.
Look at how Smartmatic sued Fox News and Newsmax. The cable companies folded like a cheap suit.
Trump has the money and should be able to use lawfare against them, even before he is in office. In 2025, the full might of the DOJ will be used against THEM, the same way they used DOJ against Trump. Pain and punishment is coming. It’s going to be glorious, yeah baby!
The county DA might have better luck with criminal prosecutions.
There is a Democratic governor in Pennsylvania.
One guy was killed and two other people were severely wounded.
Other impacted people stand a better chance of getting a large civil verdict than Trump does. It has been claimed that 81 million people voted for Biden instead of Trump.
That's what so many on our side don't want to accept.
We have one weapon we can make count - our money. Assuming we can get Trump back into the White House, we need to start using it wisely.
But after years of saying this only to watch the right continue to fund the leftist media with our TV subscriptions even as they lie about us and Trump and incite violence against us, I'm not holding my breath.

In the future, judges have to be held to account just like others.
Easier said than done when the suits would be tried where both judges and juries hate Republicans. And once you sue, you’re open to a disastrous countersuit.
While such a course of action is certainly warranted, Trump would do better to keep to the high road and bring unity and prosperity to the country rather than fight in the dirt like these scoundrels. Follow Reagan’s example and make America shining city on a hill.
