Just curious - I have not seen Mrs Trump nor son Barron these 2 days of the convention.
I've been watching C-SPAN and have not seen either.
People should Stop picking on them. Melania’s mom, Baron’s grandmother passed a short time ago.
They will be there tonight when Trump speaks.

Some people would love to see cracks in the marriage, drama in The gossip rags. With The near assassination last week, I would suspect threats are taken very seriously and have been for a while now. I hope all the family members remain safe. I’d rather see gossip in the news about bad marriage, family drama, than news about an assassins success.
No it doesn’t. Your explanation is fine for the average citizen. Baron is not. He is a high target for kidnappers and assassins. For a young man under the scrutiny he is under and threats (and I am sure there are many that we don’t know about) trying to navigate that and a very high pressure college like NYU isn’t easy. He will likely need 24/7/365 security and how would that work trying to be an average Joe living in a dorm??? You might want to school yourself about what high profile people need to do to protect themselves from real threats.

Please, stop the unnecessary drama. Every child of a president or candidate is a high target ---- hence their security detail --- which, if memory serves, doesn't include mommy.
None of Trump's children or grandchildren live a life in hiding. Barron deserves no less.
Yes, he was subdued. Seems appropriate to the moment to me. Shot last Saturday and welcomed as a conquering hero into a united party convention of the states.
I doubt he needed any pain meds for a wounded ear. I'm sure it throbs, as any fresh wound like that does, but it wouldn't be that bad and he's just not the kind of guy to take meds he doesn't need.
Doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, barely sleeps and runs his half-century younger staff to exhaustion trying to keep up. Maybe he's on some aspirin or ibuprofen.
