I hope he gets better soon if it is real.
However, I feel this is fake. Biden sees the sympathy Trump is getting and wants to get some. He has screwed up bigly a lot lately and needs to catch up.
Here is what is going to happen. Biden will get really sick (not really because it is all fake) and he will make a miraculous recovery.
