Need a little convincing about the worthiness of J.D. Vance as President Trump's running mate?
Look no further than Sen. Mitt Romney's boiling hate of the guy.
So much for civility. So much for Senate congeniality. That's a fellow Republican Senator of his, with whom he's now served in the Upper House for three years and he couldn't manage to muster a courteous word for his entry three years ago, let alone just shut up taking granny's advice that if you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything at all. What a welcome that was for Vance from his fellow Republican.
Recall that Rep. Paul Ryan, back before he went the #neverTrump route, once said that Barney Frank, a far-left Democrat, was the most helpful tutor to him in showing him how to understand the U.S. budget process.
But Mittens? Just insults at the gate as Vance entered, derived from his crazed hatred of Donald Trump, who endorsed him. "How do you sit next to him at lunch?" Romney fulminated to The Atlantic. Based on the text in the tweet, he also seems to have told Vance he'd never amount to anything.

I’m edgy about Vance since he comes from Yale Law, the source of many of the deepest of deep-staters. However, last night Tucker Carlson said that every one of that nastiest people he knows in DC are diametrically opposed to Vance, which I found encouraging.
Biden’s endorsement of Vance was pretty good, called Vance a clone of Trump.

Unfortunately, they are already at “war” in a senser with us!
So far it doesn’t involve armies, air forces, etc. the weapons are money to buy influence, bribery of our officials and a bio-war to disrupt but not necessarily to kill. The goal is hegemony over the barbarian nations not direct physical control. This has always been China’s foreign policy. The differences now there is motivation there to revenge the “400 years of shame” they feel the West imposed on them and revenge for the Opium Wars. There is a growing racial ideology of Han superiority to further motivate their actions. Their civilian and military leadership have given speeches to this effect.
China is a hostile power much more so than Russia. Hopefully Vance gave that speech some time ago, and he can now be persuaded off that past naivety.
